Time in the glass renews the earthy notes and enhances the complexity. The mouthfeel is intense and multi-textured.

It has a clear unctuousness that is counterbalanced by the firmness of elegant but present tannins. The acidity is lively and surprisingly savory, giving it enormous balance and length. It finishes long and very complex.
